PUBLIC NOTICE

Each Apostle and Minister of NATIONE DIVINAE LIBERTATIS has executed a public notice to all entities (governmental, commercial, political etc.) claiming their citizenship in the Kingdom of God the Creator and disavowing all contracts, obligations, oaths of bondage etc. associated with any entity (governmental, commercial, political etc.) The original Declaration of Independence for each minister is on file in the Ministry's records, and a copy of any Declaration of Independence is available upon request (and at the sole discretion of the Executive Director). Below, see the sample Declaration of Independence that is completed by each minister:

NOTICE OF CITIZENSHIP, DOMICILE, AND SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY

The living, sentient, flesh-and-blood being designated as “<FirstName MiddleName: LastName>,” hereinafter “Declarant,” an eternally free, spiritually autonomous expression of the Creator, by plenary act, will, conscience, and solemn asseveration, does herewith proclaim, affirm, and provide open and notorious legal, contractual, and political notice that Declarant:

1. Lives, acts, and operates in all matters as a Citizen of the Kingdom of the Creator, in accordance with Declarant’s eternal Covenant with the Creator, herein-designated “Original Jurisdiction,” which possesses original and appellate jurisdiction concerning all matters of Declarant’s life and wherein Declarant retains permanent Domicile and Citizenship as signified by Declarant’s Flag depicted herein-above, in accordance with the universal import of the Law of the Flag;

2. Functions and relates in all matters and in all interactions with sincere intent to live in peace, honor, and good will with all people, governments, associations, religions, persons, and commercial entities;

3. Maintains at all times full standing in law, unimpaired capacity to contract, unlimited-liability, and Sovereign Immunity as signified by Declarant’s Flag and in accordance with the Law of the Flag.

As a spiritual being “created in the image of God,” Declarant is not now, nor ever was, nor ever can be, nor may ever lawfully and sanely be construed as being:

1. An abstract legal entity, legal fiction, or ens legis of any nature whatsoever, whether <FirstName MiddleName: LastName> or any orthographic representation thereof, or otherwise;

2. A “citizen” or “resident” within or “subject to” the “jurisdiction,” or bound by any political ties implied by contract, operation of law, or in trust with any civil-law government, quasi-government, governmental corporation, or any legal, commercial, or political aspect, municipality, or sub-function thereof other than as might be applicable concerning any Treaty involving NATIONE DIVINAE LIBERTATIS.

Declarant:

1. Waives no rights secured to a sovereign, peaceful inhabitant of planet Earth and is not in rebellion against any law forum that upholds peace, comity, and amicable relations based on mutual respect and the unalienable rights of man;

2. Rescinds, annuls, and disavows all signatures, acts, and oaths signifying any bondage or obligation of Declarant to any civil law government, quasi-government, or governmental corporation or any legal, commercial, or political aspects thereof other than Declarant’s Covenant with the Creator, in accordance with Declarant’s spiritual principles, convictions, and creed;

3. Is neither a surety nor an accommodation party for any juristic person, ens legis;

4. Operates in all public matters as an Ambassador-at-Large, Minister and Spiritual Envoy for and on behalf of NATIONE DIVINAE LIBERTATIS. Non-receipt by the notary public designated hereunder, by Registered Mail within sixty (60) days of date of first public notice of this Declaration of Independence, of affidavit notarized true, correct, and complete setting forth verified documentary proof of claim refuting all declarations herein, establishes on the record stipulation by all and sundry, now and forever, of estoppel from asserting any claim against Declarant contrary to the proclamations herein. Any aggressive or detrimental act against Declarant undertaken after date of first public notice of this Declaration of Independence without proof of claim, supra, is in violation hereof and actionable against the actor in personal capacity.

This Declaration of Independence has the force and effect of an instrument under seal. Use of notary does not signify submission or adhesion to any foreign, municipal, or domestic jurisdiction.
