PUBLIC NOTICE

Each Apostle and Minister of NATIONE DIVINAE LIBERTATIS has executed a public notice to all entities (governmental, commercial etc.) claiming their citizenship in the Kingdom of God The Creator, their peaceful, neutral, non-combatant standing and stewardship of their life. The original document is on file in the Ministry's records, and a copy of each minister's Claim of The Life document is available upon request (at the sole discretion of the Executive Director). CLAIM OF THE LIFE

Declaration of Peace, Stewardship, Domicile, and Jurisdiction

Veritas, a quocunque dicitur, a Deo est. Truth, by whomsoever pronounced, is from God.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: The sentient, living being known as Minister <FirstName MiddleName: LastName>, hereinafter “Claimant,” is a particular expression of the eternal Life of the Creator of the universe and all life. By virtue of the spiritual autonomy, free will, and the inherent and inalienable union of Claimant with the Creator, Claimant operates herewith and in all matters as steward of Claimant’s life, as a sacred and inviolable trust. This Claim of the Life proclaims Claimant’s Citizenship and Domicile in the Kingdom of the Creator within and under the sole and exclusive venue and jurisdiction of the Spiritual Law of the Self-Supported Spiritual Ministry of Claimant’s spiritual assembly, NATIONE DIVINAE LIBERTATIS. Neither any living being, nor any juristic person, possesses authority for abrogating the terms of the absolute, inviolable, eternal Covenant of Claimant with the Creator, our Lord God, as signified by this Claim.

CLAIMANT HEREWITH FURTHER PROCLAIMS: The intent of Claimant is for living in peace with all men and women as a Citizen of the Kingdom of the Creator, whereby Claimant is not involved in any manner with any disputes, conflicts, controversies, wars, war powers, or declarations of war involving any governments, living beings, religions, associations, corporations, or entities of any nature whatsoever. The peaceful standing of Claimant as a neutral, non-belligerent, non-combatant in the Kingdom of the Creator is openly proclaimed by use of Claimant’s flag as a peculiar Member of NATIONE DIVINAE LIBERTATIS, as per the following representation:

By autographing hereunder Claimant certifies, states, and claims that Claimant executes this Claim of the Life knowingly, intentionally, and voluntarily as the free Act and Deed of Claimant and in accordance with the Rights, Duties, Powers, and Immunities of Claimant inhering in Claimant’s eternal Covenant with the Creator. Use of notary concerning this Claim is for certification purposes only and does not signify assent or adhesion to any foreign, municipal, or domestic jurisdiction.

CERTIFICATION

This constitutes certification by the Executive Director and Scribe of NATIONE DIVINAE LIBERTATIS autographing hereunder of the validity and acceptance of the herein stated, declared, and asseverated Claim of the Life of Minister <FirstName MiddleName: LastName>, Ambassador of NATIONE DIVINAE LIBERTATIS, dwelling and operating in all matters within the exclusive purview, jurisdiction, and sanctuary of Claimant’s Covenant with the Creator in accordance with the tenets, creed, and principles of NATIONE DIVINAE LIBERTATIS.
