Section I. Introduction
The following Terms of Usage (hereinafter “Terms”) establish a private, contractual, ecclesiastical relationship between You (hereinafter “You,” “Your,” or “User”) and NATIONE DIVINAE LIBERTATIS (hereinafter the "Church/Ministry) and govern Your access to and use of NationeDivinaeLibertatis.org (hereinafter the “Website”). By accessing, navigating, or using this Website in any form, manner, or capacity, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

“Applicant” refers to any man or woman who freely submits personally identifiable information or other data—whether online or by paper—and who may remit a fee or donation in order to seek affiliation, benefits, or privileges within the Church/Ministry.

“Undersigned” refers to any man or woman who affixes their autograph or signature to any document, thereby affirming its truth or agreeing to its terms.
This Website is the exclusive property of NATIONE DIVINAE LIBERTATIS.
Section II. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this Website, You acknowledge and agree:

As a non-member Users/Visitors or Congregant/Member, all actions taken by You on this Website fall exclusively under the Private Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of NATIONE DIVINAE LIBERTATIS, and You voluntarily waive any external legal remedies or rights You might otherwise possess while using this Website.

The Church/Ministry reserves the right to seek damages, remedies, or injunctive relief for acts of abuse, misuse, unauthorized access, illegal conduct, or improper communications executed through or relating to this Website; such claims may be brought in any court, venue, or jurisdiction deemed most protective of the Church/Ministry’s interests; the Church/Ministry retains the right to pursue ecclesiastical, administrative, or civil enforcement actions.

Upon submitting the online membership application ("Application"), creating a member account (“Congregant” account) and before accessing any members-only areas, You affirm the following statement as a condition of membership:
"I, the Undersigned Applicant, understand that by clicking “Submit Application” I become a Congregant of NATIONE DIVINAE LIBERTATIS. I agree, without reservation:

to accept, affirm, and uphold the Belief Statement of the Church/Ministry; and

to be bound by all governing documents of the Church/Ministry for the duration of my membership, including but not limited to the Charter and Declaration (and all amendments), Liber Divinae Libertatis, and all duly issued minutes, resolutions, decrees, or directives from the Board of Advisors or the Executive Director."
In exchange for such agreement, You receive certain benefits, privileges, protections, and rights exclusive to Congregants of this ecclesiastical, unincorporated 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based organization.

Upon submitting Your Application, You represent and warrant that You have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation. If You do not agree in full, You must immediately discontinue use and exit the Website.
Section III. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on this Website—unless explicitly stated otherwise—is the exclusive property of the Church/Ministry.
Any documents, data, media, photographs, text, or other submissions that You transmit to this Website are, by Your act of submission, licensed to the Church/Ministry in perpetuity, including Your given name(s), family name(s), ens legis name, image, and likeness.

Congregants are granted a limited, non-commercial license to use the Church/Ministry’s name, flag, logos, and sacred book solely for promoting or supporting its beliefs, mission, and operations.
Any commercial (for-profit/monetary gain) use of the Church/Ministry’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited without the express written authorization of the Executive Director.
Section IV. Restrictions on Use
You agree that:

Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of Website content is prohibited.

Data mining, scraping, harvesting, or automated extraction is prohibited.

Any form of advertising, promotion, or solicitation on this Website is prohibited without express written authorization from the Executive Director.
Section V. Confidentiality
You agree without reservation:

To abide by the Covenant of Silence established in Section Fourteen of the Charter and Declaration of the Church/Ministry; and

To uphold the Confidentiality Code as stated in Liber Divinae Libertatis, Chapter XV, Section I, paragraph 27.
You must maintain the confidentiality of:

Your user ID(s) and password(s),

Any documents, information, or materials provided through any Private Members Association or Private Member Program associated with the Church/Ministry.
Section VI. Warranties and Disclaimers
This Website and all information provided on or through it are offered strictly “as is.”
The Church/Ministry makes no warranties—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliability of any information or content.
Use of the Website is solely at Your own discretion and risk.
Section VII. Limitation of Liability
The Church/Ministry is not liable or responsible for:

Any actions, content, products, information, or services of any third party;

Any damages, losses, or harm arising from Your use of—or inability to use—the Website.
Section VIII. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Website, the Church/Ministry, its officers, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses resulting from Your use of this Website or Your interactions with third-party websites.
Section IX. Amendments
These Terms may be amended, revised, or updated at any time at the discretion of the Board of Advisors or the Executive Director.
Changes may occur without prior notice to Users. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
Section X. Termination
The Church/Ministry reserves full discretion to suspend or terminate Congregant membership or Website access for any reason deemed necessary in the interest, safety, protection, or integrity of the Church/Ministry, including:

safeguarding other members from inappropriate, indecent, harmful, or malicious content or behavior;

preserving the image, sanctity, and environment of the Church/Ministry;
-
addressing acts contrary to God’s Law or the Seven Heavenly Virtues;
-
mitigating any perceived compromise or unauthorized access to an account.
You may also have Your Citizen/National status or Ambassadorship with LE’RIAS EMPIRE terminated pursuant to the Constitution of LE’RIAS EMPIRE if You meet the criteria for Exile.
If Your account is suspended or terminated, You will receive notice via email and will be allotted seven (7) days to appeal. The only accepted method of appeal is through a notarized affidavit of truth addressed to the Executive Director.
You may voluntarily terminate Your membership with 30 days’ written notice via an affidavit signed under penalty of perjury.
Section XI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed exclusively by the ecclesiastical, religious, spiritual, and private contractual Jurisdiction of, and adjudicated under, the Ecclesiastical Law of NATIONE DIVINAE LIBERTATIS, as interpreted and enforced by its Tribunals.
Section XII. Severability
If any clause of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
Section XIII. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between the Church/Ministry and the User concerning the use of this Website, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
